То ли из-за холодной осени такой, то-ли лето быстро закончилось, стала я депрессивная. Ничего не хочется, ничто не радует... Как себя вывести из этого состояния?

Мы навероне все ожидали теплого сентября и октября. но погода у нас все украла( не привычно как то... Поэтому и настроение соответствующее )) будем ждать теплой весны поскорее ))

Успели с внуком испытать снегокат, уехал - тоскливо без него стало. А на утро -25, хоть садись на печку и вой.

Мне кажется, что в такой ситуации нужно заняться чем то полезным и созидательным и все сразу пройдет. А вообще все такие проблемы они от безделья как правило возникают.

Просто не могу не ответить девушке, у которой такое состояние. Не хотители вы сказать, что у нас, у мужчин при депресии, тоже что то там, ..., на оборот, мы здесь собрались, что бы как то помочь друг другу, а не как не оскорблять или под...ть, я хотел сказать подшучивать...Мы как одно целое, делимся каждый наболевшими для нас вопросами, вместе переживать и вместе радоваться. Вот так, мои дорогие ! А, чуть не забыл, как правильно, форумчане или форумчата, второе прикольнее !

Бывает плохое настроение, обычно связано с поступками людей...разных) Что такое депрессия не знаю,хотя, может быть и плохо это...Надо иногда пожаловаться на себя и на осень) Когда плохое настроение, читаю любимую книгу, готовлю любимый салатик и люблю любимого мужа)В общем, делаю то что гарантирует мне улучшение настроения. И ещё-у природы нет плохой погоды) Главное, что мы есть! А жизнь всегда прекрасна и удивительна...

Я думала я одна акая, у меня всегда осенью портится настроение(

Как-то вся эта погода натягивают депрессию, само время года конечно красивое, но как-то все равно так грусненько, хочется сразу зиму.

У вас явный авитаминоз. Надо обязательно попринимать что-то общеукрепляющее.По себе знаю, это здорово помогает.

Сама я, обычно начиная с февраля, пью "Алфавит", там есть все нужные витамины и минералы. А ещё старайтесь по больше гулять
